A.L.L. Lasersysteme develops and manufactures sensors, monitoring systems, and control solutions for industrial laser material processing.
For more than 30 years, we have been working on reliably capturing processes in laser cutting and laser drilling and making this information available to machine control systems. Our focus is on systems designed for direct integration into machines and equipment.
Our systems monitor the machining process during production and provide information on process status and process quality. This allows deviations to be detected at an early stage, processes to be evaluated, and targeted machine responses to be initiated.
Process Monitoring
Optical sensors and camera-based systems monitor the machining process directly during cutting and drilling. This enables process deviations and cutting faults to be detected in real time and used for further analysis or targeted machine responses.
Process Control
Our systems go beyond monitoring and can actively contribute to process control. Applications include the control of piercing processes, cut loss detection, and support for automatic cut recovery.
Machine Integration
