Engineering Expertise and Experience

For many years, we have been developing sensor, monitoring and control systems for industrial laser material processing. We combine proven product platforms and a wide range of interfaces with the flexibility to adapt our systems to the specific requirements of our customers and their machines.

Our products are designed for long-term use in industrial environments. High reliability and a long, low-maintenance service life help reduce machine downtime and operating costs.

We work closely with our customers throughout the development process. Especially for systems that are integrated directly into machines and their control architecture, early and continuous technical coordination is essential. We therefore support our customers from initial system design and integration throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Our team of engineers and software developers develops new products and processes and adapts existing solutions to customer-specific requirements. From optical sensor design and electronics to firmware, software and functional testing, we cover the key development steps in-house. Experience gained from real production processes feeds directly into the continuous development of our systems.

Manufacturing is also carried out with a strong focus on quality and reproducibility. Optical assemblies are produced in our own cleanroom, providing the conditions required for reliable operation even in demanding high-power laser applications. Our products are developed to industrial standards and manufactured in Germany.

Our participation in international research and development projects, including projects beyond laser material processing, gives us access to additional technological perspectives. This allows us to evaluate new approaches in sensor technology, optics, electronics, software and data processing at an early stage and make them available for industrial applications.
