Hosting and Website Access

Our website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access our website, technically necessary access data are processed. These data may include the page accessed, time of access, browser and device information and the IP address.

The processing is carried out to ensure the secure and reliable operation of our website on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. IONOS also uses WebAnalytics for statistical analysis and technical optimisation of the website. No cookies are used and IP addresses are anonymised immediately. Server log data are retained by IONOS for a maximum of eight weeks.

Contact

If you contact us by email, telephone or by other means, we process the data you provide in order to respond to your enquiry. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it is necessary for a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The data will be deleted when they are no longer required for the relevant purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Applications

If you apply for a position with us, we process the data you provide exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the application process. The legal basis is Section 26(1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

In the case of an unsuccessful application, the application data will be deleted no later than six months after completion of the application process, unless legal grounds require longer retention.

Your Rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability and, where applicable, the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
